We are now seeking a Marketing Director to join our team.The Marketing Manager / Director manages digital marketing initiatives and investments designed to increase product sales growth and expand brand awareness and market share. The ideal candidate oversees strategic planning and coordination of all portfolio and digital marketing to promote the sale of company products and further the company's sales objectives. Develops and implements marketing policies, programs, and activities. Identifies, evaluates, and resolves business issues, manages the associated budget, and provides leadership to the Marketing function. Supports and guides the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the broader business team. Manages the hiring, staffing, and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce. Responsible for career development/planning, performance, and pay discussions of team members.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning:Execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.Campaign Management:Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, display, and retargeting).Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to maximize organic and paid visibility.Lead email marketing efforts, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.Analytics & Optimization:Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).Track KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.Use A/B testing and data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Collaboration:Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers.QualificationsManages multiple functions based on the direction of Marketing Senior Leadership-May manage lower-level Marketing leaders-Makes higher-level decisions that impact multiple functions, emphasizes the importance of understanding customer insights, and ensures that they guide marketing positioning and longer-term marketing strategy-Uses detailed competitive market and industry knowledge in determining tactics and operations decisions-Coordinates marketing efforts with other One Identity resources-Aligns and influences internal organizations and external alliances in support of the marketing strategy-10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience-6+ years of leadership experienceCompany DescriptionOne Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
