Then, you may be our perfect heroAs a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with lots of opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain Franchise's web and social media sitesProvide sales and marketing administration including referral source follow-up and database managementCoordinate all public relations programs including sales and marketing events, CE classes and networkingProvide newsletters and e-blast coordinationMaintain key account target list and provide research and ensure crucial deadlines are metProvide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and trackingMaintain sales and marketing materials and suppliesPosition RequirementsTwo years experience with sales and marketing supportSuperb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skillsExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desiredWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is requiredExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAssociate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experienceAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required, typically varying between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.Pay RateCompetitive pay based on experience.SERVPRO of Lakeland is an EOE M/F/D/V employerEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
