Client lives in Smyrna, The schedule is Wenesdayds  and Fridays 9 am to 3 pm


Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver for a male client located in the 37167 area. The client is on hospice care, walks with a walker, and is at risk of falls. The caregiver will assist with showers and other daily needs.

Schedule:

  • Wednesdays and Fridays
  • 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing and personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitor the client’s safety and prevent falls.
  • Assist with mobility and use of walker.
  • Perform light housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language 
Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
Consent to drug and alcohol testing
TB test
