PT CM Instructor

Local college looking for Construction Management instructor(s) for Part-time Evening classes. Classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays with alternating Thursdays. Class session times are 5:30pm til 9:30pm. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in the Construction Management field with a minimum of four years’ experience in Construction Materials & Methods, Architectural Plan Reading & Quantity Takeoff, working knowledge of Building Construction Cost Estimating and Microsoft Office are necessary. Focus should be architectural plan reading and quantity takeoff, and building construction materials and methods; takeoff software, mechanical and electrical building systems a plus.
Applicants must have four (4) years of documented experience in the Construction Management field areas listed above.
Education Level required: Associates or higher.
Military experience documented may be used in lieu of education.
