Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand the Accounting and Operations processes within the company to better support the users with any issues they may come across.
- Demonstrate diligence in replying to user requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct ongoing gap analyses to assist the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Business Process owners in prioritizing development requests.
- Collaborate with users and developers to design and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain written and visual documentation on business processes implemented in Dynamics 365
- Maintain awareness of the D365 version upgrade content and new feature releases Provide D365 users with periodic training sessions for the latest features and enhancements.
- Log issues in the ticketing system and track enhancements in DevOps.
- Perform end-to-end module testing to ensure the needs of the business are met.
- Write test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Work with team to support workflows and view modifications in the application.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Power Platform.
- Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Manufacturing Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong Excel formula building skills.
- Ability to read and understand MS SQL queries.
- Excellent understanding of corporate accounting principles.
Experience:
- Financial application support: 7 years minimum (Required)
- Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations: 3-5 years minimum (Required) Scrum framework for delivering support solutions.
- Azure DevOps operations for tracking tasks.
- Experience in Jet reporting and/or Docentric is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related or accounting related fields.
