As a Wireless Manager, you are responsible for providing leadership for operations, marketing, team development, customer growth, and retention for the wireless phone profit center. This includes assisting in hiring/staffing, training, development, and supervision of retail sales associates. The Wireless Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they cameIn This Role, You Can Expect To:Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer serviceAttain sales targets for new activations, upgrades, and accessories monthlyRecruit, develop, and train sales teamOversee inventory management controlsAccountable for the total financial function of assigned wireless kioskFocus on and grow EBITDA for kiosk locationParticipate in sales generation through non-traditional retail prospecting methodsGrow the customer base and retain existing customers by providing an excellent customer shopping experienceImplement company safety programs and ensure that programs are in place and properly executedDevelop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wireless promotions, products, and servicesMaintain clean and professional appearance of wireless store locationPrioritize your work according to the store and management needsCommunicate frequently with General Manager and co-workersUnderstand and follow TA safety guidelinesPerform other job-related duties as assignedWhat Wed Like To See:A leader who sets the example when working alongside team membersThe ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop people to unleash the talent within each team memberHigh School Diploma (or GED) required.
