No endless meetings here if it can be done today, we're all about getting it done today.What Is This Role Like?We are looking for an Operations Lead to design, own, and scale Topsort's company-wide operational backbone. This is a cross-functional role that partners closely with Finance, HR, GTM (sales & marketing), Engineering, and Leadership. You'll build systems, shape processes, run deep analyses, and lead strategic projects that directly impact how the company scales day-to-day and long-term.We are looking for an Operations Lead to help operationalize the strong foundation we've built, turning ad hoc processes into a scalable, replicable operational machine. This is a cross-functional role partnering with Finance, HR, GTM, Engineering, and Leadership to design systems, streamline workflows, establish governance, and drive operational rigor across the company.You will build processes from zero, strengthen what already exists, create alignment between teams, and set the operational backbone that supports Topsort's next stage of growth.You Will:Drive company-wide business operations, partnering closely with Finance, HR, GTM, Engineering, and Leadership.Operationalize and scale existing internal processes turning strong foundations into repeatable, reliable, scalable systems.Oversee data hygiene and internal information management, ensuring consistency, structure, and operational alignment across tools and teams.Define, track, and report on company-wide KPIs and operational success metrics, driving visibility into performance across departments.Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, operational risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency.Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects, including GTM initiatives, process improvements, internal system enhancements, and automation opportunities.Build frameworks, dashboards, documentation, and SOPs that support scaling.Collaborate across departments to define priorities, improve workflows, and strengthen cross-functional alignment.Support leadership in strategic planning, forecasting, and execution.Oversee general business administration, including aspects of entity setup/management, compliance coordination, and operational governance.What (We Think) You Need To Be Successful But We're Open To Outliers Too:Bachelor's/Master's Degree from top universities (Ivy League, etc)5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or similar roles.Experience in a B2B or SaaS company is strongly preferred.Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, metrics, CRM tools, and dashboards.Ability to lead projects end-to-end and work cross-functionally with multiple teams.A systems thinker who loves solving ambiguous problems and building clarity from zero.Thrive in environments without playbooks.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment.What We ValueDeep dive into details: You're not satisfied with surface answers you find root causes and durable solutions.Team first: You prioritize collective results over individual recognition.You thrive with ambiguity: You turn open-ended problems into structured plans and measurable outcomes.Adaptability: You can learn, teach, lead, and follow as needed.Urgency: You move quickly with an eye for scalability and replicable processes.Curiosity: You learn fast, ask the right questions, and apply insights effectively.Why Join TopsortBuild an operations function from scratch your work will directly shape how the company scales.High-impact role with broad cross-functional exposure and close partnership with leadership.Fast-growing, mission-driven startup culture with high ownership and rapid career upside.Work with a diverse global team and influence product, GTM, and operational strategy.Do you sound like the right fit?
