Job Qualifications:

  • Master's (Required) degree.
  • Independent Maryland (MD) State Licensure (LGPC, LGSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D, etc) with Professional Insurance is required.
  • At least one year clinical experience with treatment for Trauma, Addictions, Children and Adolescents.
  • Experience with EMDR therapy, TF-CBT and/or other trauma treatment modalities (preferred).


This Job is Ideal for Someone Who is:

We are looking to hire someone who can steadily build their clientele and must be willing to be patient while growing their caseload. The clinician must have experience in trauma-informed treatment, working with individuals from all walks of life and other mind-body practices. The clinician must have multicultural sensitivity working with our diverse clients.


  • Autonomous/Independent – enjoys working with little direction
  • Innovative – prefers working in unconventional way or on tasks that require creativity
  • Support in building a caseload of individual therapy clients
  • Take initiatives - willing to work in an start-up company environment


Working Conditions:

Daytime, evening and weekend hours available. Each therapist must work at least one evening or weekend shift. Part-time and Full-time positions are open for hire.


Therapists can decide to either work in a hybrid model or completely virtual/in-person for meeting with clients.


Compensation:

Commensurate with experience
