Our client, a leader in the legal services field, is hiring for a Legal Assistant to support a Senior Partner. This role is 100% onsite in Naperville, and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus They are seeking a full-time, experienced legal assistant or paralegal to support the Senior Partner in their environmental law practice. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and 3-5 years of experience are strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various legal tasks, including research, management of case files and filings, and administrative duties.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage calendars.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files and filings efficiently.
  • Handle client intake and file management.
  • Assist with legal research.
  • Maintain confidentiality.


Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong typing accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in proofreading legal documents for errors.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.



Preferred Experience:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role.
