Founded by a service academy graduate who has offshore experience, Core Group Resources' expertise is unmatched in the marine offshore market, finance, IT, renewables, & non-profit for executive search, staffing, and expertise identification. *Project Engineer II Job Summary * Under general supervision, provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership for a variety of designated Engineering projects and programs at assigned site. *Project Engineer II **Responsibilities ** Review, investigate and develop appropriate recommendations regarding assigned Engineering projects* Serve as Project Manager or Technical Expert, on a wide range of small to medium site construction, expansion or modification projects* Evaluate and administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment* Provide guidance and counsel to the site management team on applicable processes, practices, and existing/proposed local, state and federal regulations* May contribute to site strategic planning and budgeting efforts for designated Engineering areas* May represent the site on company sponsored steering teams, such as Mill Operations, Refinery Operations, etc.* Perform other duties as required  *Project Engineer II Position Requirements ** Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and three (3) years of related experience in Engineering, including Project Management experience, OR* Master's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and two (2) years of related experience in Engineering, including Project Management experience*Project Engineer II Position **Preferred** Requirements ** Advanced degree or Professional Engineering (PE) Certification
