You’ll combine advanced analytical skills with deep expertise in company data systems to deliver transformational improvements that directly impact customer experience and competitive positioning.As a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, Data Acquisition, and Data Leadership teams, you will drive innovation that powers our customers’ modernized GTM workflows.Who You AreStrategic Project Leader: You independently own complex, multi-quarter projects, managing scope, stakeholders, and iterative solutions.Creative Problem-Solver: You thrive on ambiguous and novel data challenges, blending analysis, pattern recognition, and hands-on research.Cross-Functional Collaborator: You build trust and drive results across teams while maintaining alignment and momentum.Steward of Knowledge: You capture and share insights, ensuring institutional knowledge persists and bridges current initiatives to long-term pipelines.Technical Expert: You have advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and programming (Python, R, SQL) with strong judgment on prioritization and impact.What You’ll DoLead 2-4 major cross-functional projects (1 quarter–1 year) to improve company data quality, coverage, and strategic impactOwn the location verification project end-to-end, delivering measurable gains in address accuracy, international coverage, and industry-specific qualitySolve complex challenges such as collecting structured data from directories, handling language/encoding issues, and filtering irrelevant addresses using analysis, manual research, and creative problem-solvingEstablish repeatable frameworks for testing, validation, and problem-solving, combining technical analysis with hands-on observationBuild trusted partnerships across Data Acquisition, Shared Services, Product, and Engineering to co-develop solutions and assess feasibilityCreate standardized project scoping, testing, and validation methodologies that balance analytical rigor with practical implementationTranslate immediate data quality insights into long-term pipeline improvements, ensuring learnings from current initiatives inform the company data pipeline and other downstream capabilitiesProduce clear, reusable documentation of project approaches, logic, and lessons learned to ensure institutional knowledge continuityTransition mature projects smoothly to pipeline teams for long-term maintenance and optimizationLead multi-quarter programs that provide measurable competitive advantage and long-term pipeline improvementsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; 5+ years in data analytics (advanced degree preferred) Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter, cross-functional data projectsAdvanced programming skills for analysis (Python, R, SQL) and strong statistical modeling capabilitiesExperience with company data, web data acquisition, or data quality initiativesStrong problem-solving skills, project management, and stakeholder coordination abilitiesExcellent communication skills—ability to translate technical findings into compelling narrativesDemonstrated ownership mentality, with ability to work independently on multiple complex initiativesKnowledge of web data acquisition, HTML/DOM structures, or directory/data extraction systems is a plusExperience creating data visualizations and presenting technical findings to executive stakeholders#LI-JH#LI-Hybrid
