Job Description


RougeMocap is looking for a talented and enthusiastic VFX Coordinator to join our team This talented individual should be able to work with minimal input and feel comfortable working in a team environment. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple projects with unwavering attention. 


Responsibilities


  • Managing the post production schedule of deliverables , attending and arranging meetings as needed , expense reports, organizing and handling reroute requests for our VFX Producers and CG Supervisor.
  • Evaluate weekly Production Status Reports and perform comparative analyses of key shots and turnover/delivery dates with contracted information.
  • Manage schedules and track regular progress through the departments involved making sure all internal and external targets are met.
  • Anticipate deadline challenges and discuss them with the Producer and Supervisor, to allow them to problem solve and plan accordingly.
  • Communication and work with our team
  • Manage and run reviews/dailies/calls and relay back minutes/notes/briefs to all involved/concerned.
  • A good team player, proactive and solution oriented. Should be able to maintain teams and work culture positively and professionally at work.
  • Proficient in both communication written and verbal with negotiating skills.
  • At least one year experience working in VFX production.


Requirements:


  • Self-motivated, quick thinking, and proactive with the ability to quickly pivot from one task to the next.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with customer service orientation and tone.
  • Available to work late evenings as needed.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in the game industry
