A minimum of 10+ years of experience successfully delivering a high performing, integrated, Service Management Program.

Expertise in comparing integration approaches and assessing their relative strengths and limitations in terms of meeting business goals.

Experience in managing the ServiceNow Onprem implementations desired

Experience in managing large and complex ServiceNow implementation covering security and control functions on ServiceNow platforms



  • Ability to lead overall implementation/integration of ServiceNow Applications like Asset, Change, Incident/Problem, Request modules.
  • Effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of service management solutions using ITIL 4 as a foundation.
  • Analytical Skills to gather business requirements and technical requirements.
  • Manage tasks, milestones, schedule, dependencies, and other information needed to manage delivery of overall project timeline.
  • Intricate knowledge of CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) standards and environments.
  • Ability to identify gaps in available integration services and work on remediation strategies to ensure stability as the underlying platform technologies continue to evolve in the following systems but not limited to: SAP, ForgeRock, SailPoint, CyberArk, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Nokia Apps, Cisco Apps, Siemens Spectrum SCADA, LogRythm, Dragos, Axonius, Tenable and TripWire
