Detailed Description: ****We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our team in Bellaire, Texas. This is an onsite position within our Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technologies. Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain strong working relationships with customer and team. Work on site hardware failure cases for Netsync's Network Support service contracts. Perform network appliance installations. Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship/partnership management. Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems. Collaborate with team to maintain availability for 24x7 support. Additional Duties: Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures. Assist Netsync's NOC with Network Support cases. Continued technical education in the networking field. Assist with end user compute repairs. Upkeep of work area. Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Skills and Experience: 1 or more years IT experience. Solid understanding of networking and security including routing/networking and TCP-IP protocols. Able to routinely lift at a minimum 40 lb. Strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong customer service skills Curiosity and strong desire to constantly learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office's suite of programs. Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, CCNA or an equivalent from another manufacturer/vendor (Network+, JNCIA, ACSA). Valid Driver's License. Clean Driving Record.
