Overview:
As a Marketplace Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online marketplace presence. You will be responsible for ensuring our products stand out in a crowded marketplace, align with our brand standards, and are positioned to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for new product listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and enhance product visibility.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing reports on sales, reviews, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, updates, and tools to ensure compliance and take advantage of new features.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to marketplace orders to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital sales strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
