Customer Service Representative

Description

Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for a customer service representatives to support the Ski & Board School Business Manager with sales of Ski and Board School Products. Working with the immediate SBS team as well as other departments to create a positive reservation experience and set up the SBS team for success. In addition to sales, the customer service representative may be assigned other administrative tasks related to product inventories, compliance, filing and guest communications.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal, written and radio communication skills
• Computer competency incl. MS Office
• Ability to learn RTP platform
• Ability to understand and comply with company/departmental policies and procedures
• Ability to work with other departments and maintain positive relationships
• Ability to build positive connections with people quickly
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to assess and manage potential risk
• Strong desire to provide positive guest service
• Drive to develop and improve on the job
• Work in an alpine winter environment which may include Snow and inclement weather
• Experience in a sales position (preferred but not required)

What you will do

• Endeavor to provide a positive resort-wide guest experience
• Responsible for complying with policy and procedure guidelines
• Meeting departmental goals; NPS and Safety
• Assist with sales of SBS products
• Completing administrative tasks for SBS leadership team
• Entering product inventories following guidance from SBS Management
• Successful time management; starting shift on time, attending lesson line ups on time etc.
• Understand and know personal schedule
• Working with SBS leadership team regarding availability and any other relevant needs
• Snow removal
• Strong guest service
