The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving resident care.Director of Nursing (DON) Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and standards of care.Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff.Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for residents.Manage the nursing budget and resources efficiently.Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to resident care.Participate in the recruitment and hiring of nursing staff.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.DON experience in long-term care is required.Director of Nursing (DON) Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Continuing education and professional development opportunities.
