Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Epic Payer Platform

Contract-to-Hire

Philadelphia, PA

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will be the liaison between different teams such as developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders. As the liaison between external and internal teams, you must have strong written and oral communication. The BSA will be responsible for gathering requirements and then creating a source to target map. The BSA needs to have strong SQL skills to be able to analyze data efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Liaison between the business, developers, testers, and project managers

* Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project the BSA is assigned (for this opportunity, Epic Payer Integration)

* Creating functional requirement document and source to target mapping (data mapping)

* Excellent Data Analysis/Data Profiling/System Analysis skills

* Analyze data with strong SQL skills, experience with SQL queries

* Transforming data once collected

Minimum Qualifications:

*Must have experience working with an EPIC Payer Integration

* 5-10 years' experience in enterprise environment

* 2-3 years' experience in business analysis

* 2-3 years' experience in systems analysis

* 2-3 years' experience in data analysis

* 5-7 years' experience writing complex queries in SQL

* Experience gathering requirements

Education Requirement:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, Health Information Management, or a related field
