Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments supporting students educational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher ensuring continuity in students education.
• Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe respectful learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students staff and parents as needed.
• Follow school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree (in Education or a related field is preferred)
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Age 21
• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students lives.
