The Position: Pool Scouts is a company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all of its employees. We are looking for an experienced Pool Service Territory Leader to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for training, supervising pool technicians, handling customer service issues and escalations, and ensuring profitable growth in our residential swimming pool business. Pool Scouts is looking for a full-time, year-round high-quality pool service territory leader with a natural work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude, and experience in the field . In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, the pool maintenance specialist would also be required to make minor repairs to the pool as necessary. Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.
