Department: Fitness


Position Purpose: Build a cohesive team of Personal Trainers (PT), ensure they have a healthy pipeline of clients, and that those clients and each of our members receive an exceptional fitness experience.

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee behavior and success
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Ensure gym and equipment maintenance and cleanliness
  • Onboard new members
  • Collaborate with membership sales to achieve sales goals and metrics individually and for your team
  • Enforce safety requirements including training around CPR and AED


Accountabilities:

  • Sales—Supplements, PT, and Small Group where applicable
  • PT Billing
  • Payroll Budget
  • Employee training, coaching, success, and people management
  • Customer Service
  • Product knowledge, programs, events, etc.
  • Employee and member safety


Requirements for Success:

Experience:

  • 3 or more years in a management position preferred
  • 2 or more years personal training
  • 5 or more years customer service


Other Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass Background Check
  • Must have valid PT certification
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
