As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for teams across the company. This role is designed for a recent MBA graduate with 2–3 years of prior work experience who is eager to build a career in analytics within a fast-paced startup environment.ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.Build dashboards, define key performance metrics, and conduct ad hoc analyses to provide clarity and guide decision-making.Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Support strategic and operational decisions through data analysis across product usage, customer behavior, and business performance.Contribute to the development of scalable reporting tools and processes to streamline analytics across Zetta.RequirementsMBA graduate with minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in analytics, consulting, finance, or related fields.Solid foundation in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.Exposure to business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent).Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings into actionable insights.Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset — thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Bonus: experience with Python or R, and knowledge of basic statistical techniques.BenefitsWhy ZettaThis is a unique opportunity to join Zetta at an exciting stage of growth.
