At the Grand, culinary tradition meets new South innovation, creating unforgettable dining experiences that reflect the art of gastronomy.As a Pastry Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the pastry kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity in pastry production. You'll have the opportunity to create delightful pastries for conferences and events, showcasing your culinary skills while contributing to the sweets and treats offered at our local market coffee shop. You will also participate in live action stations for guests, allowing them to experience the joy of freshly prepared pastries right before their eyes.
