As a Lead Advisor, you'll partner closely with advisors and clients to deliver customized, sophisticated planning across tax, estate, insurance, and investment needs. Ideal for someone who thrives on complex challenges, teamwork, and a culture committed to excellence.Responsibilities:Work closely with advisors and cross-functional partners to prepare polished, client-facing meeting materials, post-meeting summaries, and comprehensive planning outputsDeliver sophisticated financial guidance directly to clients in collaboration with lead advisorsDesign and oversee advanced financial planning engagements, including detailed cash flow modeling, tax strategy analysis, risk management, and estate planning considerationsAct as a go-to resource for financial planning platforms, helping drive technology adoption, integration, and workflow optimizationCo-present financial strategies and tailored recommendations during client meetings with advisory partnersCoordinate with external professionals such as attorneys, CPAs, and investment specialists to create cohesive, well-aligned financial solutionsCoach and develop junior team members in Operations and Client ServicesOversee complex execution activities, including asset transfers, insurance processing, and end-to-end documentation managementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance with firm policies and industry standardsPlay an active role in refining processes and creating planning content that elevates the client experience and strengthens firm-wide capabilitiesRequirements:CFP or Series 65 requiredBachelor's degree in Finance or related fieldApproximately 57+ years of hands-on experience delivering holistic financial planning solutionsDeep knowledge across key planning domains, including tax strategy, estate planning, retirement planning, and risk managementDemonstrated experience using financial planning platforms such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro (or similar tools)For fastest consideration, or to learn more about this role and other opportunities in Wealth Management, please reach out to Jennifer Fukumae on LinkedIn.
