Our company Medix, is partnered with an organization who are seeking a Dermatologist to work at their brand new, state-of-the-art, academic medical center in the Greater Denver Area

This person will have the opportunity to provide excellent dermatologic care, teach, pursue scholarly endeavors, and develop a clinical niche in their disease area of interest.


This is a full time, on site opportunity with separate openings for both general and cosmetic dermatologists.


***relocation assistance is offered as well as sign on bonus. Projected start in Oct 2024***


Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.


  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology
  • Eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the state of Colorado
  • Fellowship training in cosmetic dermatology (or substitute years of work

experience in cosmetic dermatology)


Assistant Professor

  • MD degree and 0-4 years of experience

Associate Professor

  • MD degree and 4 + years of experience

Professor

  • MD degree and 7 + years of experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in academic medicine


COSMETIC DERMATOLOGY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist with formal training on cosmetic

dermatology to see patients in our University of Colorado Hospital clinical practice.

  • Ability to develop cutting-edge cosmetic dermatology program de novo that incorporates

novel treatments.

  • Interest in clinical innovations, including clinical trials, to test new devices and

technologies.

  • Willingness to teach and assess trainees (including medical students, residents, and

post-doctoral fellows) cosmetic dermatology procedures.

  • Ability to care for patients in multiple communities, including the university campus, and urban

and suburban locations – all with a strong referral base.

  • Fellowship training in cosmetic dermatology (or substitute years of work experience in cosmetic

dermatology


GENERAL DERMATOLOGY

Key Responsibilities:

  • See patients in our University of Colorado Hospital clinical practice.
  • Care for patients in multiple communities, including the university campus, and urban

and suburban locations – all with a strong referral base.

  • Develop a unique academic and clinical niche including building a sub-specialty clinic

and engaging in cutting-edge clinical trials and multidisciplinary care clinics.

- Teaching trainees, including medical students, residents, and post-doctoral
