With 70+ employees and annual revenues exceeding $50M, they're known for their ambitious growth, collaborative culture, and strong relationships with top-tier general contractors.Job DescriptionLead dry utility projects (electrical, telecom, gas) from preconstruction through closeoutManage project budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and engineers for seamless executionServe as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issuesOversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsHandle permit applications and change orders, maintaining accurate documentationAllocate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projectsUse Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools to manage project workflowsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
