The Banqueting Assistant Manager coordinates the set-up and service of all functions in the hotel/resort.Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Banquet Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. The manager coordinates, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Banquet staff.We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, banquets/catering, excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills. Applicants are required to have two to three years of previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.
