Atlas Global Health Care provides Behavioral/Mental/Medical health services to the community. We have a Medical Director and we are registering with AHCA and Medicaid to be a full-blown Health clinic with an array of services. Some of the services we are going to provide in our new location, including but not limited to medical exams and treatment rooms, behavioral/mental health individual and group therapy sessions, Acupuncture, Chiropractic services, Massage Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. We also help individuals register for Social Services and Long Term Care.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Family Nurse Practitioner at Atlas Global Health Care, Inc. in Pembroke Pines, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. We are seeking a Nurse practitioner with medical and mental/behavioral health knowledge. The role involves providing healthcare services to patients, conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. We plan on having the medical exam appts in the clinic to start 3 days a week but we do have a large amount of patients that the candidates can go to their homes to examine and treat.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare team
- Experience in primary care and family medicine
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Active listening and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable with a diverse patient population
