Position Summary

As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing custom technology solutions for various clients by working with existing and new clients. Our range of service includes, but not limited: Servers, Computers, Printers, Scanners, Security, Audio, VOIP Systems, Low Voltage projects and many more. You will be asked to perform estimations and develop contracts for potential and existing clients to offer them SaaS and other subscription services ensuring customer satisfaction. In an addition to Sales, you will also participate in planning the delivery of services and equipment to the clients with whom you interact.


Core Job Responsibilities


  • Generate custom technology solutions for our existing and new customers and sent them estimates for their review
  • Call customer locations as needed to complete project evaluations, create estimates and close sales
  • Review estimates with clients and guide them through the payment process as needed.
  • Upgrade contracts with our existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver precise and timely client solutions. Ensure sales are seamlessly transitioned into onsite deliveries and services by our technical team with maximum efficiency and speed.
  • Review inventory and prices and conduct estimates based on prevailing market conditions.
  • Generate new customer leads and sell them support subscriptions, computer replacement projects and new office build out projects.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with different vendors to generate sales opportunities.


DESIRED SKILLSET / EXPERIENCE


  • Must have strong technical background understanding servers and computers
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Provider technology industry is a must for this role.
  • At least 2 Year of direct sales experience.
  • At least 1 Year of experience working to support technology and other low voltage needs.
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of spatial relations, basic architecture, measurement, computers, audio and data transmission is a must for this role.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Must be able to travel to client offices on an as needed basis and maintain a professional appearance to properly represent our community facing team.
  • This is an onsite position, and candidates must be able to work from our Roslyn location.
