Role Description

This position plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive wellness, nutritional and weight loss guidance to patients. This position will assess patients health and develop plans to help patients achieve their wellness goals. This person will create and manage the entire wellness and weight loss department at Facial Aesthetics. The will manage GLP-1 medication programs.


Patient Assessment and Care

·      Conduct comprehensive health assessments including medical history, physical exam and assess diagnostic lab work.

·      Develop individualized plans based on assessments.

·      Monitor patients progress and adjust plans as needed.

·      Provide concierge service to all patients.

·      Manage prescriptions, complications and side effects from medications

·      Administer medications such as GLP-1's

·      Instruct patients on self-administration of medication

·      Serve as a resource to patients

·      Provide ongoing assessments as patients are on plans.



Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Valid Colorado license as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience in primary care, wellness, or preventive care settings
  • Strong knowledge of health promotion, disease prevention principles and nutrition
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team
  • Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to delivering exceptional service
