The teams tech stack consists of native Android and iOS SDKs written in Java/Kotlin and Swift, a wide range of customizable offerwall applications built with React TypeScript, and a highly performant Golang backend hosted on AWS that processes millions of events hourly. Our system matches each game with its ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MYSQL.What You Will DoPut on your detective hat and support publishers with issues they may face when integrating adjoe, ranging from basic issues in their mobile app code to fine?tuning configurations.Proactively identify integration issues that publishers may face and work with the product team to create solutions for these issues.Manage the technical onboarding of our newest app partners and ensure a smooth implementation process.Contribute to maintaining easy?to?understand documentation of the integration process.Become the link between various stakeholders, teams, and clients to provide clients with solutions to maximize their business goals.Assist the supply business team by providing them with data?driven insights into how they can reach their KPIs based on analysis, aggregation, and visualization of adjoes data.Be part of an international English?speaking team dedicated to scaling our adtech platform beyond our hundreds of millions of monthly active users.Who You AreYou have a skill for communicating complex technical information to business teams and partners.You turn data into actionable insights and document them in clean, understandable formats like spreadsheets or wiki pages to help drive business decisions.You thrive in a team environment and are an excellent cross?team communicator.You have excellent analytical and communication skills and can use SQL to query databases.You act as the voice of the customer and support teams, providing clear and constructive feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help improve our tools, features, and overall user experience of our product.Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript and you know you dont eat cookies in IT.You have a working knowledge of how different technical systems communicate with each other, such as being able to test HTTP REST endpoints and understand what could go wrong when they dont work.Plus: You are familiar with Java or have experience building your own apps.Huge plus: You have hands?on experience working with app publishers, supporting them through SDK integrations, debugging tricky issues, and guiding them on best practices to ensure smooth rollouts and long?term success.Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your AmbitionsWork?Life Package: 2 remote days per week, 26 vacation days, 4 personal days, and initially 10 sick days, flexible working hours, 3 remote weeks (1 week at a time), office in the heart of Boston.Future & Financial Health Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans as well as 401K match program.Physical & Mental Health Package: Free gym + substantial reimbursement program for at?home gym equipment.Activity Package: Regular team and company events, bi?annual trips to HQ in Hamburg, Germany.Education Package: Opportunities to boost your professional development with courses and training directly connected to your career goals.Free of charge access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) which is a counseling service designed to support your mental health and well?being.Skip writing cover letters.
