Senior Risk Solutions AdvisorThe Senior Risk Solutions Advisor supports Chubb NA's Risk Consulting process by working closely with Risk Consultants to ensure client engagement with engineering requirements and recommendations. This role focuses on delivering effective client solutions, enhancing satisfaction, resolving complex issues, and educating clients on Loss Prevention and Mitigation solutions. Leadership, critical thinking, technical expertise, and strong client service are essential.Key Responsibilities:Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and position service solutionsApply knowledge of property/casualty risk control, loss prevention, inspection processes, and construction codes to provide tailored solutionsUnderstand risk characteristics across U.S. territoriesResolve escalations and challenges creatively through appropriate channelsMake recommendations and deliver full-service solutions addressing client pain points and future needsEducate clients on loss prevention benefits, simplifying complex technical conceptsDeliver difficult messages when necessaryResearch and address vendor escalations to improve workflowsRespond promptly to client and agent inquiriesCollaborate with team members and business partners to ensure a quality client and agent experienceShare feedback to enhance service solutionsQualifications:Ability to clearly convey Chubb's value proposition to diverse audiencesManage multiple deadlines and priorities effectivelyDeliver exceptional service to internal and external customersMeet deadlines for appraisal report submissionsWork independently and collaboratively, leveraging internal and external resourcesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesResults-oriented with strong expectation managementExperience interacting directly with clients and agentsStrong customer service focus and relationship-building skillsStrategic, solution-focused, detail- and quality-orientedEducation & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience requiredPersonal Risk Services risk consulting/engineering experience preferredProficiency in MP Real-Time, IMS, PLS, @work, RiskID, PLUW, PLUS/PLS Notes preferredStrong Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredThe pay range for the role is $62,200 to $84,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
