With opportunities to work on high-impact projects, access to the latest technologies, and a culture that thrives on creativity and collaboration, INflow Federal is where your expertise can truly make a difference.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate and support the Senior Engineering and Project Integration staff in assessing, documenting, and tracking existing and new program requirementsSupport the program by developing artifacts, architectural documentation, and integration of various sources into a cohesive product, preparation of graphical and narrative presentationSupport the integration, and testing of specific components of hardware/software systems on a complex programWork and interact with engineers across multiple contracts to produce architecture artifacts that span technical, physical and logical designs supporting a portfolio of managed servicesMonitor service line communication channels for immediate needs throughout the daySupport comprehensive solutions development by leveraging subject matter experts from across several contracts and service lanes to produce and document environmentsManaging assigned service tickets and coordinating closure as neededWorking knowledge of the following:Windows platforms, systems and technologies.Expertise in managing and optimizing Windows servers and associated services.Emphasis on storage, backup solutions, and network configurations within the Windows environment.DISA STIG Audits, hardening and remediation proceduresRisk Management FrameworksDesired Skills:Accountability, ownership and a drive for continuous improvement (Industry Certs, Education etc.)Performing IT project integration related work to include the following:Ability to present to internal & external leadershipRunning project control gates, tracking tasksCollaborating with different service lanesProducing technical diagrams with Microsoft VisioUsing project tracking tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, KanBan Boards)Adept at learning and applying new technologies - Keeping up to date on emerging technologies and tools will be encouraged and importantExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsRequired Education and Experience: Five (5) years' experience as a Systems Engineer supporting complex, multi- site enterprise scale environments.Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, etc) Experience writing detailed, technical documentation8570 IAT II complianceRequired ClearanceActive DoD TS/SCIAbout Us Founded in 2013, INflow Federal has distinguished itself through our exceptional services because of our deep-rooted commitment to our people.
