To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) who's able to earn our clients' trust. Knowledge of restaurants and how they operate is a bonusEssential FunctionsTraining and Support: Provide training and support to restaurant staff on how to use integrated systems effectively and troubleshoot integration-related issues.Project Management: Manage the integration implementation process, including coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and restaurant stakeholders to ensure successful integration deployment.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.Understand complex client questions surrounding restaurant management and the systems that support their goalsIdentify clients needs and help them use specific featuresSuccessfully scheduling trainings to align with the customer's go-live dateLogging notes and tracking progress throughout implementationMonitoring the health of your accounts and hand-off to customer successAll efforts result in the success of our customers and our teamMinimum Qualifications1+ years of experience with restaurant operations1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity)1+ years of experience in Technical Support/Customer ServiceEnjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the boxProven ability to convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman's termsDemonstrates excellent organizational skillsExperience implementing, training, and/or supporting POS a plusInnately love and care for others, and are driven to see clients and team members succeed.Ability to maintain professionalism amidst a vast range of client personalities.Ability to work as a team, with a supportive, creative, solution-minded disposition.Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits:At SpotOn, we put people above everything else.
