This twelve-month, full-time position is responsible for assisting the head coach with all phases of an NCAA Division III football program.Duties and responsibilities include:Analyze performance and instruct athletes in football techniques and strategies in preparation for and during athletics competition.Assist with all phases of competitive NCAA and CCIW compliant recruiting.Will serve as a position coach and run your own room.Execute practice and game planning/evaluation, including video exchange and breakdown.Ensure a commitment to the academic success of football student-athletes, including monitoring academic performance, attendance, and social behavior.Build and sustain positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and the campus community.Participate in fundraising and development events and be highly visible in the community. Complete other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach, Assistant Vice President for Athletics and Sport Management, and Associate and Assistant Athletic Directors.
