IT Support Specialist will be a part of a growing team, responsible for providing support for hardware, software and other peripherals along with troubleshooting helpdesk issues that may arise.
Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: El Cajon, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $32-34/hr+ (some flex)
Hours: 40 hrs/wk; M-F; 8-5pm
Duration: 6 mo. CTH
Interview: 1 Video > Start
Pre-Placement: Background and Drug Screen (client's request)
Top Skills:
- Active Directory
- O365
- Ability to troubleshoot, support and set-up workstation for PC’s, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Phones, Printers
- Windows/MAC (light on MAC, heavy Windows environment)
Qualifications/Scope:
- At least 2-3 years of experience supporting up to 45 end-users (comfortable being the sole IT resource onsite)
- Role is a blend of Helpdesk and desktop support for hands-on and deskside support
- Supporting of mobile devices, laptops, tablets within a Windows/MAC environment
- Mobile Support, Active Directory, O365, MAC/Windows 10 experience (heavier on Windows)
- Mobile support, iOS experience (Intune) – need basics of MDM support (don’t need Intune experience)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, they are going through a lot of growth now and wear multiple hats.
- Seeking passionate candidates within IT, someone looking to grow within a position.
