We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company. As a Digital marketing director, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Build the clients digital marketing roadmap
  • Build, lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing Managers and Specialists
  • Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Social Media to drive channel optimization
  • Partner with Product Marketing to optimize digital marketing strategies & channels to achieve marketing and campaign objectives
  • Set, digital marketing KPIs and monitor team performance, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met
  • Review and provide online content optimization suggestions to content management, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Manage and motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions or improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technology and best practices
  • Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including Marketing & IT teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are fully aligned
  • Plan and manage budget across all digital marketing channels
  • Track and measure performance across all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with google algorithm changes, developing strategies and coordinating across teams and functions to drive SEO & SEM results
  • Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness


Requirements and skills

  • 8+ years of experience Digital Marketing
  • Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team of digital marketers
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Direct experience with SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills with senior leadership
  • Experience working with and driving consensus across cross-departmental teams
  • Proven track record of effective budget planning and management
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
