*Position will work on a hybrid basis out of the Tampa headquarters and will have flexibility over time with respect to remote work capabilities


OVERVIEW


The Associate Marketing Manager should be dedicated to the pursuit of success, to help drive the sales by strengthening new and existing client relationships. This role is responsible for the implementation of the strategic outlook for the catalogue of products, in tandem with marketing leadership to increase branding, value, and drive overall growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Show effectiveness as a team contributor
  • Provides overall content marketing support to the commercial organization
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordination work efforts with other employees and organizations
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
  • Manage omnichannel strategy
  • Execute strategic marketing programs
  • Work closely with field team to support resource and tool development needs
  • Product/solution launch planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge
  • Ensure the consistent presentation of the organization's image through digital, print and social media advertising.
  • Facilitate the creative process, including submitting work requests, reviewing changes and routing for approval.
  • Work closely with various departments, especially the Sales and Education Teams, to ensure marketing campaigns are deployed as planned.
  • Contribute to brainstorming, consistently monitoring competitive landscape and marketing trends to make effective recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relations with internal and external partners in order to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with special events and promotional programs.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in marketing strategy development, product marketing, or brand management in the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or dental space
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
  • Previous experience in a growing mid-size organization or entrepreneurial organization is a plus
