We are seeking to add 1-2 new team members in the role of a customer service representative, also known as a receptionist extraordinaire.
Our Customer Service Representatives are crucial to our relationships with clients and patients. They are the initial point of contact, providing a welcoming presence and establishing the trust essential to our profession.
We are seeking an individual who will seamlessly integrate into our practice culture.
Are you capable of remaining composed amidst chaos? Can you address challenging inquiries with grace and composure? Are you adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously?
Do you possess a sense of humor and a willingness to engage in spontaneous dance and song?
Are you proficient in utilizing technology such as Snapchat and Facebook to facilitate team communication?

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Learn and utilize practice software
- Schedule patients efficiently to maintain smooth operations
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Cultivate lasting relationships and trust through effective communication
- Generate sales leads
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate methods
- Achieve personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
And lastly, a love for dogs and cats is a must, as we hold them dear as well.
