As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and sometimes at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients. Here's a quick video to see what an Inside Sales Representative with FASTSIGNS is all about Responsibilities Work with current and prospective customers, and be the first point of contact for walk-in, e-mail and telephone customers Provide exemplary customer service and build long-lasting relationships by embracing our core principles of being Quick, Clear, and Kind. Responding promptly to customer inquiries, communicating clearly to ensure understanding, and treating every interaction with kindness to create a positive customer experience. Give signage and design recommendations, prepare estimates, communicate with customers on order status and project completion Execute a variety of marketing functions, and maintain an attractive retail environment Help as needed with reports, required paperwork, and shipping Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center Typical Physical Demands Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 25 or more pounds. Present and maintain a good driving record. Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate when needed.
