Independent Living Community Outpatient Clinic at the facility Stone Bridge Senior Living.ResponsibilitiesProvide physical therapy services to patients.Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising Physical Therapist. QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.Eligibility for a valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist Assistant.Required SkillsStrong communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices. Preferred SkillsExperience in an outpatient clinic setting.Familiarity with electronic medical records.
