Senior Project Manager

Role Title: Senior Project Manager

Duration: until EOY with high likelihood of ext

Preferred Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY 3 days a week

Role Description:

1. Coordinate and track project deliverables

2. Deliver high-quality, detailed technical documentation business requirements in conjunction with product, technical & business teams including workflow diagrams, GUI definition and screen mock ups.

3. Develop a deep understanding of data models and database architecture for Profitability Management tools, and conduct front to back analysis of workflows for the product.

4. Oversee the administration of documentation including product development schedules, release schedule, bug tracking and user manuals, testing and UAT

5. Drive effective and impactful communication related to program activity, serving as a key point person for the product team and partner for key stakeholders to ensure active management of ongoing issues, risks, etc.

6. Liaise with project stakeholders on ongoing basis to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. Ensure appropriate team issues are elevated and addressed in a timely manner.


Requirements:

Senior level Project Manager- 10+ years of PM experience

PMP Certified

Strong in Agile

Experience working with project sponsors (c-level)

Finance experience highly desired

Hands on- doesn't need a lot of guidance can take the work and drive
