Human Resources And Operations Support SpecialistAre you an experienced operations and HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Human Resources and Operations Support Specialist to lead strategic HR initiatives, oversee financial coordination, and drive operational excellence for a growing organization. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Lead HR functions including onboarding, training, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance Develop and optimize operational procedures and firm policies for efficiency and clarity Coordinate budgeting processes, financial reporting, and vendor relationships Manage internal and external communications aligned with organizational goals Facilitate executive meetings, set agendas, and ensure accountability for strategic projects Oversee IT systems and vendor management for operational continuity Ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements, including audits and renewals Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives in a remote environment Strategically plan and execute recruitment processes to support organizational growth Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insightsRequirements Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Operations and HR within remote-first organizations Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of HRIS, financial management tools, MS Office Suite, and project management software Proven success in strategic planning and employee engagement initiatives Strong analytical skills and leadership capability Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Lindy, Zapier)Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
