TEST MANAGER:



At iVoyant, we build next generation enterprise products and solutions with cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to coordinate and lead the testing efforts for the Medicaid Enterprise System Transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of the application, and managing a team of testers.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Employment Type: Contract

Engagement Period: May-13-2024 to May-15-2025



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, success criteria, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate / Facilitate with subject matter experts to author test strategies and use cases to exercise the Medicaid enterprise.
  • Coordinate the execution of multiple test phases including functional user experience, regression, integrations (API and Flat File), reports, and performance testing
  • Identify, log, and manage defects through the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Solicit, assess, and recommend test automation tool(s)
  • Coordinate the utilization of automated testing tools and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Partner with Medicaid Enterprise module vendors and team leads to author cross-module test cases.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate testing-related risks.
  • Partner with organizational design term to design and resource the Medicaid Enterprise testing center of excellence.



JOB REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Working Multi-Module and Multi-Vendor Environment
  • Knowledge of testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Medicaid / Healthcare,State Government / Public Sector(preferred)
  • Familiarity with Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) testing standards and framework (strongly preferred)
  • Project / Program Management Certification (preferred)
  • ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification (preferred)
  • JIRA Configuration and Administration (preferred)[Text Wrapping Break]
