Our philosophy is simple: we believe in delivering a consistent and highly personalized experience, designed for the way our clients live.Job SummaryAs an Installer for The Tailored Closet of Silver Spring, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of closets, office organization products and/or cabinetry in customer homes. The ideal candidate has at least one year of installation experience, preferably in a related industry, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. Candidates must be prepared to get to work with a positive attitude and must have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job.ResponsibilitiesAt the direction of the lead installer, responsibilities include:Conduct in-home installation of company productsConduct in-home installation repairs, as neededAdhere to schedule for all jobs with punctualityProvide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfactionCommunicate clearly and honestly with customers and colleagues, verbally and in writingWork closely with team members to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain warehouse in a neat and orderly fashionMaintain assigned truck, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.Comply with and follows all safety regulationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications include:High School Diploma or EquivalentMust be able to pass a background checkCarpentry, Construction, or Trade School Experience: 1 year preferredValid Driver's LicenseClean driving recordGeneral construction and tool use knowledgeAble to lift over 50 poundsBenefits/PerksBenefits/perks include:$18-$22/hr pay range depending on experienceCompany Vehicle and Tools Provided for JobsCareer Advancement OpportunitiesGreat Company CultureFlexible SchedulingProfit SharingPerformance-Based Raises/Bonuses
