Previous consulting experience is a plusCapital One is open to hiring a remote employee for this opportunity. Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in any quantitative field and at least one year of experience in analysis and SQL querying. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in business or a quantitative field, experience in statistical model building, market research, and business analysis, and consulting experience.Salaries for this role range from $109,000 to $124,400 in McLean, VA, and from $99,100 to $113,100 for remote employees, regardless of location. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
