Drywall Hanging and Finishing SupervisorManage and oversee the drywall hanging and finishing functions of the production line. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Direct and oversee employees working in the drywall area to ensure the production schedule is met and crew is achieving maximum efficiencyMotivate and train crew, and discipline as neededPinpoint deficiencies and mistakes and correct as neededDirect and adjust mud configuration(s) to atmospheric changes as neededEnsure quality surface to interior walls on all modulesEnsure crew follows company policy and procedureEnsure proper care of drywall toolsResearch and suggest improvements in the operationPerform other duties as directed by supervisorRegular and reliable attendance in accordance with company attendance policiesQualifications:Have proficient to expert knowledge in use of specialized drywall toolsHave proficient to expert knowledge of material used for specific applicationsHave proficient to expert knowledge of drywall application considerations such as cure time, and application methodsAbility to lift/handle sheets of drywall weighing up to 40 lbsWork in a standing or kneeling positionBe able to work with arms above headBe able to operate and maintain drywall mud specialized equipmentSee and feel smoothness of wall/ceilingAbility to work with short step ladder or drywall stilts to prepare high walls and ceilingsGrasp, pull, push, and squeeze with both hands10+ years drywall experience (preferred)Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
