The Category Analyst will be responsible to assist in crafting compelling sell-in stories, ensure Ninja is set to meet account benchmarks, and serve as the expert on Ninja's performance, market trends, and competitors' performance for assigned sub-categories. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, Category Analyst who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and data driven atmosphere.Responsibilities:Identify actionable reporting that assists in driving winning at each subcategoryProvide category supportGenerate and present actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs to develop comprehensive strategiesParticipate in delivery of daily, weekly, monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the businessIdentify category gaps/opportunities, craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate Ninja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space, and displaysCore Skills:Build partnerships, both internal and external facing, with customer service mindsetAbility to create objective analyticsInnate curiosity and desire to find creative solutionsAct as the voice of the market and categoryEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience2+ years of relevant work experience within category management or sales analysisExperience working for consumer goods company preferredPowerBI knowledge strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented, ensuring deadlines are metAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to present and calibrate on critical challenges to internal and external partnersEffective communication and interpersonal skillsExperience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD, GFK, etc.)Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skillsThe annual salary range for this position is $52,500 - $92,000 USD.
