In this position, you will assist with ensuring finished and raw materials are consistent with specifications through analytical testing. As part of the Quality Control department, you will perform wet chemistry analyses based on standard operating procedures as well as sample preparation, data acquisition, data interpretation, and reporting in support of production. You will spend your time…Calibrating and working with analytical equipment daily, including but not limited to: density meter, refractometer, pH meter, titratable acidity, spectrophotometer, moisture analyzer, KF titrator, chlorides titratorPerforming tests on finished and raw materials and reporting resultsPreparing samples, acquiring data, interpreting resultsCritically thinking and assisting with the investigation of internal and external non-conformances Other duties as assigned Required Skills:Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry or Science related fieldStrong communication skills both written and verbal Knowledge of basic math and scienceBasic knowledge of computers and Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask within the lab to efficiently maintain lab workflow If you believe you are a good fit for this opportunity, please submit your application through the job posting link.
