This pivotal role will assist with designing and executing the comprehensive change management strategy, including detailed stakeholder analysis, communication planning and delivery, and end-user training surrounding processes and technology. In this role, you'll collaborate with business process owners and the Organizational Development Manager to craft clear, effective messaging for change initiatives that promote user adoption. Additionally, you will support end-user learning by developing training materials using innovative technology that resonates across diverse audiences. Applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to Travis County or the surrounding area.
