We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to lead the "people side" of our major ERP software migration. This pivotal role will assist with designing and executing the comprehensive change management strategy, including detailed stakeholder analysis, communication planning and delivery, and end-user training surrounding processes and technology. In this role, you'll collaborate with business process owners and the Organizational Development Manager to craft clear, effective messaging for change initiatives that promote user adoption. Additionally, you will support end-user learning by developing training materials using innovative technology that resonates across diverse audiences. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact by helping others grow through education and thoughtful communication, we'd love to hear from you.This position is eligible for hybrid in-office/telework based on work needs. Applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to Travis County or the surrounding area. Travis County does not reimburse relocation expenses.This position works closely with the Organizational Development Manager and business process owners to create communication for change initiatives, document end-user support processes, and organize new changes and information into digestible chunks.
